Child Care Checklist

The Childcare Resources' Child Care Checklist is designed to help you compare and contrast the quality of care at each of the facilities you are considering for your child. Take a copy of the checklist with you when you visit a child care center, family day care home or group day care home. Be sure to tour the entire facility and ask many questions so that you are able to complete the checklist.

Once you have chosen a child care program, this checklist can also help you monitor the quality of care your child is receiving on a continuing basis.
