| Registration Procedures
1. Fee based trainings must be paid in full before the registration deadline for registration to be complete.
2. You will receive an email or postcard to confirm registration. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of the training, please call (205) 252-1991 ext. 300.
3. Trainings are enrolled on a first come first serve basis. If a training is full when you register, your name will be placed on a waiting list.
4. Cancellations are substituions are permitted one full business day in advance of the training. You will be issued a Training Voucher for cancellations. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions are allowed for paid training and must be completed one full business day in advance of a training. If you would like to send a substitute in the place of a registered learner you must complete a registration form for the new learner and call Margie Walker at (205) 252-1991 ext. 300. Substitutions the day of the training will not be allowed in the training. The originally registered learner will be withdrawn from registration and must re-register with a new form.
Training Attendance Policy
Due to the high demand of our trainings and limited seating, Childcare Resources will allow learners to have three no shows in a 12-month period for pre-registered trainings. After three no shows, you will be notified that you are not allowed to pre-register for trainings. You will be allowed to arrive at the time of the training and register for any available seating. Seating will not be guaranteed and is based on availability.
