EDUCATION MATTERS — AND IT STARTS EARLY!

This is what we know -
71,000 children in Alabama between the ages of three and four are not enrolled in school.

and
90% of brain development occurs before age 5!

This means thousands of children in our communities are missing out on this critical time of their development. They are missing their window of opportunity!

We can help! Childcare Resources' programs and services provide early education opportunities children need not only to survive but to thrive. With a donation to support our Next Generation Campaign, you provide the necessary resources and critical skills needed for children to reach their full potential.

For every dollar invested in early education programs, society yields a $6.30 return.

It’s a solid investment; access to quality early education improves future education, employment, and health outcomes, while saving on later remediation costs.
