Childcare Resources Hosts Inaugural Virtual Conference for Early Educators

Updated: Jun 15, 2020

"Our goal remains the same—to provide useful information to early childhood professionals to help young children learn, grow, and reach their full potential.”

That’s what Amy Bradley, Provider Education and Support Manager at Childcare Resources, says the first-ever virtual Sky’s the Limit Training Conference will provide to the early childhood educators in our community.

On June 27, 2020, Childcare Resources will kick off their inaugural virtual Sky’s the Limit designed to deliver expert insights, resources, and trainings for early childhood educators, with attendees able to participate in the virtual event from the comfort of their own homes. Those interested in helping young children learn, develop, and discover the world around them will find this virtual conference motivating, stimulating, and inspiring.

The conference will provide valuable information from early education experts on a variety of topics ranging from yoga with children to early literacy development.

“We’re pleased to welcome all of our wonderful presenters who have chosen to move forward with this online opportunity,” says Bradley. “We are especially excited to virtually host Eric Litwin as our keynote speaker.”

Eric Litwin is a song singing, guitar strumming, #1 New York Times Best Selling author who brings early literacy and music together. He is the original author of the Pete the Cat series as well as the author of The Nuts and Groovy Joe. Conference participants will “groove and learn” with Eric as he demonstrates how music can help children fall in love with books and literacy.

In addition to access to the keynote session, attendees will receive five professional development training hours on a variety of early childhood topics including STEM investigations for infants and toddlers (as well as school-aged children), parent engagement, and much more.

Childcare Resources will also offer a virtual vendor opportunity for local businesses and organizations looking to be involved with the conference. Vendors will receive promotion through the attendee app and Childcare Resources’ website, along with the opportunity to build relationships with over 200 attendees by sharing information about their goods and services on an innovative virtual platform.

“Registered attendees can view the keynote, watch recorded sessions and access the Virtual Vendor Area online at any time from June 27, 2020 until July 11, 2020,” says Bradley. “The conference will offer five professional development training hours, and of course, an assortment of wonderful door prizes!”
