Oak Mountain State Park
Alabama’s largest state park is an incredible place to go camping with the family this summer. Nestled in a large cul-de-sac which borders Beaver Lake and surrounded by rolling hills topped with majestic Longleaf Pines, their campground is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the modern world. You can reserve a spot on their website here but they expect walk-ins too!
Birmingham South RV Park
Want to get outdoors but don’t like staying in a tent? Birmingham South RV Park is the place to go! Their camping cabins are perfect for families that want to do a little glamping. The park amenities include a heated swimming pool and a game room with cable TV, foosball table, & ping-pong. They also have outdoor activities such as horseshoes, basketball, a fenced playground! Blue Creek Campground

Parksland Retreat
Parksland Retreat is a 40-acre forest and nature retreat with off grid facilities and homestead all surrounded by the Talladega National Forest.
